    恩,做这面,难就难在掌握火候.煮的太久了,面条会发糟…不够筋斗,没口感煮的时间少了,面心会夹生…面不熟,而又失去面香味儿~那番茄,那辣椒…混杂着鸡蛋的香味儿,给予了口腔和舌头更加刺激的感觉…所谓精品,面汤绝对是精华中的精华,吸收了面的味道以及所有调喂料的成分,更加把蔬菜的营养融入面种.这道面,已经超过了厨艺中:色\\香\\味\\艺\\形的标准,超出了厨师艺能的境界~看着图片的人由衷的说道"我好饿呀~!"
