Tuesday eve with my Pooh pooh

这回做和上回(见香辣鸡翅)有个不同的呢,就是这个frier了。果真效果差很大!
 
做法:先用盐腌上1个钟头,然后放入油锅炸。这个frier真是超级方便,扔下去,盖上盖,就不用管了。等鸡翅变为金黄色就起锅拌料。
外脆内嫩,非常好吃就是了。
 
至于这个调料的做法还可以多去研究研究~~有了frier,做出buffalo wings的潜质顿时增长很多Light bulb
