南瓜派

买了一个大南瓜,先涂鸦一下

费了九牛二虎之力,才把她切开,去籽,放入锅里煮烂,捣成南瓜泥

  1. 1 cup sugar (I used brown sugar and little less than 1 cup)
  2. 1.5 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  3. 1 teaspoon ground cloves
  4. 1 teaspoon ground allspice
  5. one half teaspoon ground ginger (I used fresh ginger. I like everything fresh)
  6. one half teaspoon salt (optional, I don’t use any)
  7. 4 large eggs
  8. 3 cups pumpkin glop (ok… "sieved, cooked pumpkin")
  9. 1.5 cans (12oz each) of evaporated milk

以上材料搅拌均,放入买好的crust里面。放入烤箱425度前15分钟,350度后一个小时,出炉了~~热烘烘的南瓜派加上一勺爱心巧克力薄荷冰淇淋~~oh yeah,baby。很浓郁的南瓜香,酥软可口,赞赞:)

庆祝我和pooh pooh的第二个感恩节Gift with a bowBirthday cake:)还有两个剩下的,带去感恩节party吃了~~
