I need energy

fatigue symptoms:
*feel tired during the day
*feel dying after 10:00pm and then have to go to bed
*not totally refreshed in the morning
*get tired simply by thinking of the word "energy"
I would do anything to get rid of this fatigue problem!  
things I determined to change today:
*do not let trivial matters suck up your energy. Just deal with them in time
*join the gym
*eat as many fruits and vegetables as you can
*never stop learning new stuff
*read Bible every day
*be more organized
